Qiumars (knows as "Coach Q" to his players and coaches) started AC Arlington because of his passion for Soccer and because he wanted to build a true development club that is focused on soccer first, and making money last.
Coach Q was born in Iran and lived in Germany most of his life until moving to the Boston area over 10 years ago. Coach Q grew up playing soccer and has affiliations with many nationally licensed and well-known coaches. He expects quaility, dedication, and consistency in his coaching staff.
To provide a progressive, fun, and competitive learning environment for boys who love to play the game of soccer. We are committed to:

- Having fun while reaching goals
Even though AC Arlington costs less than half of some other clubs, our teams have finished at or near the top of their divisions on a consistent basis.
Our 2007-2008 teams won several tournaments including the Winchester Memorial, the Newton Indoor Sports indoor tournament, and the John Smith tournament. Our U10 team was also selected to go to the regional futsal championships.
In 2008 our U10 team was undefeated and won our division.
